The electric three-way clamp ball valve consists of a three-way clamp ball valve and an electric actuator. The valve body's flow passage has undergone precision polishing and sterilization, employing a fully enclosed seal that eliminates dead spaces and facilitates easy cleaning. The valve body is crafted from stainless steel, with the inner wall of the flow passage electronically polished to ensure unobstructed fluid flow. The valve is available in both L-type and T-type configurations. The L-type ball core features three-way dual-port design, allowing for different combinations of control over the three pipelines' fluids by adjusting the relative angle between the ball core and the pipeline. The T-type port serves a proportioning function and is widely used in beer engineering, food engineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, biological engineering, and water treatment engineering.
The ball valve is an important type of valve, widely used in fields such as petrochemical industry and long-distance pipelines. The electric three-way clamp ball valve, powered by supply voltage, can be controlled to operate by receiving current signals or voltage signals inputted by industrial automation instrument control systems, thus achieving proportional adjustment or binary switching control of process media.
