The wafer hard seal butterfly valve is a kind of opening and closing control equipment for metallurgical, electric power, petrochemical, water supply and drainage and other industrial pipelines with medium temperature ≤ 425 ℃. It adopts three eccentric multi-level metal hard seal structure and J-shaped elastic seal ring design, which is suitable for full opening and full closing or flow regulation scenarios.
The valve has the function of two-way sealing. The friction free sealing is realized by the combination of the valve seat and the elliptical cone of the sealing surface of the butterfly plate. The valve seat adopts Cr13 alloy or tungsten cobalt alloy hard surface, and the sealing surface of the butterfly plate is overlaid with cobalt based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant and has small flow resistance. The nominal pressure covers 0.6~2.5MPa, the applicable temperature range is -40 ℃ to 425 ℃ (the stainless steel material can reach 650 ℃), and the valve body materials include WCB, CF8, CF8M, etc. The driving mode supports handle, worm gear, pneumatic or electric installation, which can realize multi station operation, and the installation is not limited by the flow direction of media. The sealing pair adopts spiral wound stainless steel/graphite structure, with axial fixation technology of pressing plate, which meets the pressure test standard of gb/t13927-92 valve. The product is designed with three eccentric geometric structure to eliminate the friction of the sealing surface in the process of valve rotation and prolong the service life.
