1. Low fluid resistance

1. High platform design compliant with ISO5211 standard

The driver installation platform designed according to the ISO5211 standard can directly install various types of drivers, and there are two sets of PCD available for customers to choose from

2. Submerged gland design

This cover design can directly prevent leakage at the sealing position between the valve stem and valve body by locking A and the nut, without the need to disassemble the driving device, making it convenient for on-site use.

3. Design of double-layer butterfly shaped projectile device

The two butterfly shaped spring pieces that are pre compressed will compensate for the slight leakage of the valve stem, releasing the pre compressed deformation and re compressing the packing.

4. Third sealing design of valve stem O-ring

When the valve stem rotates, the "O" ring can reduce the direct friction between the valve stem and the valve body, and can also play an auxiliary role in resealing the valve stem during low-pressure use. If the pipeline medium is gas, the "O" ring has a better sealing effect than PTEE.

6. Design of sealing lines

When a fire occurs on site, the valve seat is burned or vaporized under the influence of high temperature, and the auxiliary metal valve seat machined from the valve body plays a sealing role.
