The electric wafer butterfly valve is a rotary butterfly valve with an angle of 90 °, and the connection mode is wafer connection. The operation can be controlled by inputting control signal and single power supply. It has strong function, small volume, reliable performance, simple matching and large circulation capacity, and is especially suitable for occasions where the medium is viscous and contains particles and fibers.

When installing the butterfly valve, close the valve first and then install it to prevent damaging the sealing surface of the butterfly plate. The two pipe flanges shall be parallel so that the contact pressure between the valve and the pipe flange is even after tightening. The inner hole of the pipe flange should not be too large and should not be greater than 5mm to prevent deformation and failure of the pressing plate due to incorrect pressure position.
